Subscriptions can be cancelled, paused, or updated at any time through your customer account or by contacting our support team at help@getvirida.com. Please make any changes at least 24 hours before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next order. If an order has already been processed for fulfillment, it may no longer be possible to cancel that shipment. In that case, please contact our support team and we will assist you according to our Refund Policy.
